Throughout her career, Navin has led multi-site practice operations, streamlined workflows, and implemented performance-driven systems that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and enhance patient access. Her expertise spans provider credentialing, revenue cycle operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and process improvement.
